Its Bodily Birth Kits // Whether you have a vaginal or belly birth, Bodily has you covered with modernized, thoughtfully curated solutions. (think less talked about items such as peri spray, stool softeners, mesh undies)

Dermoplast spray // This is the stuff most hospitals have on hand, but it is nice to have something soothing for the perineum after a vaginal delivery.

Egyptian Magic // Another wonderful all-purpose balm, excellent for scar mobilization and healing. Can also be used on baby bums.

MotherLove Peri-Spray // This is another top choice for healing. Super refreshing and extra soothing with lavender, yarrow and witch hazel - this one smells great too!

Support bloomers // There are a heap of brands that single out vulnerable new moms with waist trainers and belly binders, which can do more harm than good by generating unnecessary pressure into the pelvic floor. These high waisted bloomers offer bottom up support for your healing midsection. Another option here.
